Electronic control system
The precision electronic control system is equipped
with a digital temperature display. The tem pe ra tures
can be adjusted in the bottom zone from +5°C to
+7°C, in the top zone from +16°C to +18°C, the
temperatures are graduated in between.
Optimum air quality
The multi-temperature wine cabinets are equipped
with an easily replaceable activated charcoal fi lter.
Optimum air quality is achieved by a permanent
supply of fi ltered fresh air.
Stable wooden shelves
The hand-crafted wooden shelves in natural wood
are optimally designed for the safe storage of
Bordeaux bottles. Storing the bottles in opposite
directions on the height-adjustable wooden shelves
permits full use of the appliances’ capacity.
Interior light
The glass door models are equipped with an
interior light, fl ush mounted in the ceiling, enhancing
the presentation of wines. The light switch is
incorporatd in the control panel.
Tinted glass door with UV
protection
Aside from reliable UV protection the tinted glass
door provides an optimum view of the wines. The
ergonomic slimline handle in black completes the
discreet design.
Lava stone humidifying equipment
The air humidity can be increased if required
by using the lava stone kit supplied with these
models.
The multi-temperature wine cabinets in the Vinothek range are particularly
suitable for storing a variety of wines at their ideal drinking temperatures.
Special components are designed to achieve an accurate temperature
gradient. In the top zone, for instance, red wine can be kept at a temperature
of +18°C. The bottom zone with a temperature of +5°C is specially designed
for sparkling wine or champagne. The zone in between is ideal for white
wines stored at drinking temperature.
