the tone.”
Answer Only
This does not allow your caller to leave a message.
The pre-recorded message is “Hello, your call cannot be
taken at the moment, and you cannot leave a message, so
please call later.”
Record your own Answer & Record message
Your outgoing message can be up to 3 minutes long.
It replaces the pre-recorded Answer & Record outgoing
message, but it is possible to reinstate this later if you
wish.
1. Pick up the handset and press twice.
You hear the main menu announcement.
2. Press for the outgoing message menu.
3. Press . The prompt announces “Please speak after
the tone. To end recording press #.”
4. After the tone, speak your message clearly into the
handset. Press to end recording.
