you should go to the “Settings” menu on your phone, select “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”
and then change both the “Sort Order” and “Display Order” to “First, Last”. Once you
have changed this setting, you must use the
Update Phonebook
command to copy the
phonebook to the Q2 again.

When pairing your Q2 with a BlackBerry device, you may be prompted to allow the
connection from the Q2 in order to transfer your phonebook. If you see a message asking if
you want to connect to the Q2 or allow a phonebook transfer, choose “Yes” and ensure that
“Always allow this connection” or “Don’t ask this again” is also selected.

If you fi nd that your Q2 does not reconnect to your phone, go to the “Options” menu and
ensure that the Q2 is confi gured as a “Trusted Device”.
