Replacing Consumables
The consumable parts are available from the reseller where you purchased your scanner. For supplies and

Replace the Feed Roller module, Retard Roller module and Sensor Rollers together every 300,000 scans or
sooner if
cleaning inside the scanner no longer improves paper jamming, slipping, multi-feeding, marking and
similar feeding problems.
Replacing the Paper Feed Roller Module
Turn the power off.
Push the ADF door release to open the ADF door.
Push the two green levers down at both ends of the
paper feed roller module to unlock the paper feed
rollers.
• When moving the green levers, do not apply pressure
in any direction other than shown by the arrows,
otherwise the levers may break.
