1 Initial Setup
Instructional movie for printer setup and driver installation.

If you install the printer driver from Initial Setup, the PCL driver will be installed automatically. However, if you
want to use the PS driver, select Custom Installation from Install Software and follow the on-screen
instructions.
2 Install Software
Installs the printer driver and utilities.
3 Documentation
View the Printer User's Guide and Network User's Guide in PDF format. (Viewer included)

The User’s Guide will be installed automatically when you install the driver. From the Start button, select
Programs, your printer (Brother HL-5170DN), and User’s Guide. If you do not want to install the User’s Guide,
select Custom Installation from Install Software, and de-select User’s Guide when you install the driver.
