Manual Rinse Cycle
During this process you activate the coff ee brewing cycle and fresh water
fl ows through the steam/hot water circuit. This takes a few minutes.
1 Place a container under the dispensing spout.

2 Check that the machine shows this display.
3 To select the pre-ground coff ee brewing function press the " " but-
ton, until the following display is shown.
Note:
Do not add pre-ground coff ee to the compartment.
4 Check that the selection lever is set to “ESPRESSO”. Press the “ ” but-
ton. The machine starts dispensing water.
5 When the dispensing has fi nished, empty the container. Repeat the
operations from step 1 to step 4 twice, then continue with step 6.
