Unit will not turn on
Possible causes Remedies
1. Unit is not charged 1. Charge unit completely see page 5.
No or Low suction
Possible causes Remedies

2. Filter is clogged 2. Clean filter. See page 6.
3. Dirty tank is not properly installed 3. Remove and reinstall dirty tank.
4. Microfiber pad is covering suction path 4. Remove and replace microfiber pad.

5. Foot not properly installed 5. Remove and reinstall foot. See page 5.
No Spray

1. Clean tank is empty 1. Fill clean tank. See page 5.
2. Clean tank is not installed properly 2. Remove and reinstall clean tank.
