Customizing a Presentation for the Audience

Depending on how your slideshow will be viewed, you can set it up to play in

different ways:

Normal: Advances when the presenter clicks the mouse or uses the keyboard.

Unless you specify otherwise, your slideshow works this way.

Hyperlinks only: Advances when the presenter or viewer clicks a hyperlink.

Recorded: If you recorded your slideshow, this option is automatically selected.

Your slideshow plays like a movie using the timing you recorded.

Self-playing: Advances automatically, like a movie. No user interaction is possible.

This kind of presentation is useful in a kiosk setting.

For information about creating these and other kinds of slideshows, see Keynote Help

or the Keynote User’s Guide.
