STEP 3:
• Install one bolt in Road Armor bumper per side using retain-
ing clips.
(Recommend top outside bolts)
-Use a small socket to help push the retainer clips on.
See pictures 6
• Tighten two outside bracket bolts hand tight onto bumper, as
shown in picture 6A
Do this for both sides
• Install winch with supplied hardware.

• Put the bumper in place on the truck and there are two studs
where your tow hooks (eyes) were. They are at the base of the
Road Armor brackets. Take your 14mm nuts and tighten them
down and align the bumper until you get it where you want it!
You do this by tightening down the two outside bolts you put on
earlier; this allows the brackets to be set where you need them.
• Once that’s all done you can put the remaining bolts into their
holes. (Use one standard washer on each side, one lock washer
before nut is put on).
• Tighten nuts, back up bolt heads to prevent spinning.
• After that’s complete check with a measuring tape both sides to
ensure the proper alignment. Use a body line, headlight something
that’s equal on both sides!
• Once you have the bumper all on and tightened up you can start to
put back on the stock parts that go back on.
