Remove the flashing
from the knuckle by
grinding it to flat in
the areas between
the arrows.

Grind the upper
section of the
arm, slightly, un-
til the bracket fits
on the knuckle
with out interfer-
ence in this area.
Test
fit the
bracket using the
two
mounting
holes and 1/2” x 3
-1/2” bolts as a
guide.
