Fill the frother to the
fill line with cold skim-
med (non-fat) milk. Insert the plunger
into the frother carafe
fitting the lid into the
carafe. Hold the frother with
one hand. Grasp the
plunger knob with
your other hand and
by moving the knob
up and down, plunge
till you feel the milk
getting thicker.

Remove the lid and plun-
ger and let the milk
rest for about one minute.
Spoon the froth out of
your frother and onto your
coffee.
