6. Important: Note grain direction of TrailerWare material prior

to installation. (For convenience, back of material is labeled
with direction arrows). Install both sides of the trailer with
the material grain in the same direction to ensure color
harmony.

Starting at the rear corner of the trailer, stand the roll on
edge (vertically) so material can be unrolled and adhered to
the wall in small sections as you go.

Note: Some rear trailer corners are not perfectly square to the floor.
Allow 1-2 inches of material in the rear corner to be trimmed afterward
if needed.

Read adhesive spray can instructions. Apply adhesive to
both the wall and the foam backing of TrailerWare in an
approximate 2 ft section at a time, but DO NOT apply adhesive
to the top 1” of material.

(FIGURE 5)

Allow adhesive to become tacky, then press the material
firmly in place by running hands along the entire surface of
the wall. Continue gluing 2 ft sections at a time until the wall
is complete.

(FIGURE 6)

Be sure to cut a small slit in the material allowing for electrical
outlets, wiring, brackets, etc. Pull any wiring through the slit
before gluing material to the wall.

Carefully trim around inner wheel wells and cabinets as
necessary. Allow for 1 inch of extra material for final trim
after gluing.

7. Working along the trailer wall, tuck TrailerWare material into

aluminum trim rail channels. No tools are necessary.
