Wheel Well Installation

1. Measure and cut a section of TrailerWare material large

enough to cover the entire wheel well. Include an extra inch of
material at the floor for final trimming.

2. Starting on one end of the wheel well, apply adhesive to the

back, sides, and top of the wheel well. Be sure to apply the
spray adhesive to both the TrailerWare material and the wheel
well. Press firmly into place.

(FIGURE 8)

3. Cut a vertical slit on the front corners of the wheel well. It is

easiest to trim from the foam side and use the wheel as a
guide.

(FIGURE 9)

4. Apply adhesive to the inner surface of wheel well and

TrailerWare material. Press firmly into place. Use a wooden
block to press material firmly into the corners to create a tight
fit. Trim any excess material at the corners and floor.

(FIGURE 10)

Installation is now complete! Simply re-Install any
brackets, lights, shelving, etc. as required.

FIGURE 10

Not all trailers have a slope at the rear of the trailer, and

some may already have a diamond plate piece in place.
If not, TrailerWare creates a nice continuous look all the
way to the floor. Simply measure and cut triangular
pieces and apply adhesive to both the wall and backing
and press into place. Remember to match the material
grain to the wall for a seamless appearance.

TRAILERWARE WALL COVERING KITS – CLEANING GUIDE

TrailerWare Wall Covering is mildew resistant and will not absorb liquids. The engineered polypropylene fiber resists stains and deterioration from most acids, chemicals, gas,

oils, etc. Therefore, by following this cleaning guide, your TrailerWare should remain serviceable for as long as you own your trailer.
REMOVING DEBRIS: Use a vacuum, broom, brush or compressed air to remove dirt and/or grime. Water will not harm the TrailerWare material, so pressure washing is

also effective when necessary. Most acids will not harm TrailerWare wall covering. Apply baking soda immediately to neutralize the acid and prevent any damage to trailer

wall underneath.
Detergent soap with degreaser and water may be used to clean tougher jobs such as gasoline, oil, and chemicals. Detergent soap is readily available at most car wash locations

with pressure washing equipment. Rinse thoroughly. TrailerWare’s closed-cell foam will not absorb water, and the polypropylene fiber dries in minutes.
