Use the touch wheel to scroll to and setup the next space or press back ( ) to return to the
“Arch Setup” menu.
Network Settings
Use the touch wheel to scroll to “Network Settings” from within the “Arch Setup” menu and
press enter (
). The Network Settings menu displays with IP Address and sACN
Universes menu options.
IP Address
In addition to Ethernet network communication, a computer connected to the control
network can browse into the Echo ACP web interface using the IP address.
Set Processor IP Address
All devices that are connected over Ethernet must utilize a unique IP address which
identifies itself on the network.
The Echo ACP defaults to “Automatic” IP Address and will attempt to acquire an address
from an Address (DHCP) server on the network. If the DHCP server is not found, the
processor will default to a Link Local address for the current power cycle.
Manual entry of an IP address, Subnet Mask, and Gateway are allowed. The manual values
by factory default are set to “IP: 10.101.166.101, Mask: 255.255.0.0, and Gateway
10.101.1.1.
Step 1:
Use the touch wheel to scroll to “IP Address” and press enter (
). The IP
Address menu displays.
Step 2:
Press enter (
) to change the address type.
Step 3:
Scroll or press the up or down button to cycle through either Automatic or Manual
as the selection.
Step 4:
Press enter (
) to set the displayed type.
N o t e :
When exiting the Space Setup display and a space has been changed, and it had
circuits assigned to it, a warning dialog displays for confirmation.
Select “Yes” to be redirected to the
menu, or press “No” to cancel
and return to the previous selection.

The “Network Settings” menu provides access to editing and
setup of the Echo ACP IP Address mode and sACN Universes.

Apply and Exit
The Echo ACP must be assigned an IP Address before it can
communicate over the Ethernet control network.
Communication over the Ethernet network is possible when the
host DRd is installed with the left I/O card (Ethernet).
