FLEX TPO CLEAR CUT-EDGE SEALANT
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Flex TPO Clear Cut-Edge Sealant is a free flowing, translucent polymeric material designed for sealing
cut edges (exposed fabric) of Flex TPO Plus Reinforced Membrane.

APPLICATION
1. All surfaces to be sealed with Flex TPO Clear Cut-Edge Sealant must be clean, dry and free from
oil, grease, dirt and other foreign materials.
2. Shake bottle thoroughly prior to each use.
3. Apply a 1/8” (3 mm) bead of Flex TPO Clear Cut-Edge Sealant from the plastic squeeze bottle to
seal cut edges (where fabric has been exposed) of reinforced Flex TPO Plus Membrane. Do not
apply Flex TPO Clear Cut-Edge Sealant on vertical surfaces.
4. Sealant should be tack-free in 2 hours and fully cured in 24 hours depending on weather conditions
and application thickness.
COVERAGE RATE
Approximately 225’-275’ (68-83m) per bottle when applied in a 1/8” (3 mm) bead.
