Symptom Solution
The handset
doesn't turn on.
The handset is
unable to use with
the Galaxy.
Ensure the battery is properly
charged, fully drained battery
may take a while to charge up.
Contact an authorized service
center.
Ensure the handset and the
Galaxy is turned on.
Ensure the handset is paired to
the Galaxy, please refer to
pairing procedure.
Ensure both the handset and
Galaxy is within 10 meters
operating range. There are no
obstructions or interference in
between.
Try to pair the Galaxy again if
the problem is still not solved.
Ensure the Bluetooth feature
on the Galaxy is activated.
