requires a bit more energy, and then build this into a daily lifestyle.

You should always check with your doctor about the best form of activity if:
You have not been active for some time
You have heart trouble
You have high blood pressure
You have experienced unexplained chest pains
You have experienced dizziness or fainting
You have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by exercising
You have concerns about becoming more active
