• Do not move the conference phone dur-
ing the conference call.
• Set the volume at a level that everyone
can hear.
• Avoid placing the conference phone in
noisy environments. If you cannot avoid
noisy environments, participants should
be closer to the conference phone.
• Run any cords connected to the confer-
ence phone under the cord clips to ensure
that the conference phone sits flat on the
table.
