SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Your infant can suffocate in soft surfaces.
Make sure there are no gaps between the Mattress Pad and the sides of
the Bassinet. Use only the Mattress Pad provided. Never add additional
padding or sheets unless they are specifi cally designed to fi t the Bassinet
and its Mattress Pad.

To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be
placed on their back to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.

Failure to follow these warnings and instructions

could result in Serious Injury or Death

The Bassinet is designed only for use with children from birth to 20 lbs (9.0 kgs),
approximately 0 to 6 months in age. Do not carry more than one infant in the
Bassinet at a time.

The Bassinet is not recommended for children who can sit up by themselves,
or who can get up on their hands and knees, because of fall hazards. Since a
child’s ability to sit up varies from individual to individual, it is important that you
evaluate this criteria often, rather than adhering to any specifi c weight and age
limitations.
