you find that you have
lost the reception signal.

BAD disc is displayed

No disc is displayed

Mains lead unplugged

Aerial is not connected correctly
or has been damaged or misaligned

Mute function maybe on, your audio
connections may not be connected
firmly or you may need to adjust the
volume.

Aerial may not be compatible

Channel is scrambled

Set Top Box is off

Remote Control not aimed
correctly
Front panel obstructed

Remote control batteries are
inser ted incorrectly

Remote Control batteries
exhausted

Make sure that the mains power
is connected firmly and that the
power is switched on.

Check aerial

Tur n off Mut e function if it is activated.
Che ck that your audio cables are connected
firmly and correctly and ensure the volume
level and setting are set to appropriate levels.

Check your aerial has been connected
correctly, then contact a local antenna
repair consultant to check your aerial
properly.

Conduct a Factory Reset and then
rescan for all available channels.

Enter the universal password “ 000000” and
this will unlock your Set Top Box and allow
you to enter a new password.

Plug in and turn on Set Top Box

Replace remote control

Try a direct feed from the
antenna

The aerial feed may come
through a distribution system
which may reduce the digital
signal now received by the
receiver
Ensure the disc is not warped, damaged or deformed.
Ensure the disc is not badly stained or damaged.
Ensure the disc format is compatible with the player.
Please check whether you have tried to play a software CD.
If so, please restar t the player.

Ensure you have put the disc on the tray.
Ensure the disc is not upside down.
Ensure the disc is not distor ted, stained or scratched.
