1. Frame Assembly

Assemble the front and back rails to the leg assemblies

using 12 bolts as shown.

Assemble the cross support to the legs using 8 bolts as

shown.

Important: Make sure the cross support is on the same

side as the back rail.

2. Top Assembly

Assemble the channel to the front of the workbench top.

First position the channel on the top as shown. Keep the

ends of the channel flush to the ends of the top.

Using the holes in the channel as a guide, drill 8 pilot

holes 1/8" dia x 1/2" deep.

Fasten the channel to the top using 8 screws as shown.

3. Final Assembly

Keep the workbench top in the same position

Center the frame on the top by making the distance form

the outside edge of the frame to the outside edge of the

the top the same distance for the two ends and the

same distance for the front and back. The front rail of

the frame and the front channel of the top must be on

the same side.

Mark the location of the 8 mounting holes.

Remove the frame and drill 8 pilot holes 1/8" dia. x 1/2"

at the marked locations.

Fasten the frame to the top using 8 screws as shown.

Assemble the 4 levelers to the legs by screwing them

completely into the hole in the bottom of each leg.

Turn the workbench over and level it by turning down

only the levelers needed to level the workbench
