Using A Headset
The
“HEADSET ON/OFF” ke y c ontrols the ac tivation o f the He adset.
When usi ng the headset feature, th e hand set rem ains on-hook at all
times.
Placing/Answering a Call
using the Headset On/Off Feature
•
To answer an incoming call, press the
“HEADSET ON/OFF” key to activate
the headset. The LED above the
“HEADSET ON/OFF” key will be illuminated
when in ON position.
•
Adjust the volume, if necessary.
•
Use the control features of the headset that are available to you.
•
You can dial using the keypad or a provisioned advance feature key.
•
To end he adset a ctivation, pre ss the
“HEADSET ON/OFF” ke y. The LED
above the
“HEADSET ON/OFF” key will not be lighted when in OFF position.

allows the user the freedom to toggle between the headset,
handset and speakerphone modes during a conversation.

Volume Lock Feature — When the handset, speaker, ringer or
headset volume is adjusted, the volume will automatically stay at
that setting in the next use.
