7. How do I know if Audio Streamer has been paired and connected to
Stereo Headset?
When Audio Streamer and Stereo Headset have been paired and
connected, LED on Stereo Headset will turn OFF and LED on Audio
Streamer will light up and flash blue once every 2 seconds.

8. Is my phone compatible?
If your phone is Bluetooth enabled, it will support either Handsfree or
Headset Bluetooth profile or both and so it will work with the X5 Stereo for
voice calls. For stereo streaming of music, your phone must support A2DP.
Check your phones manual or our compatibility list on the Blueant website
for compatible devices. Bluetooth has strict connectivity guidelines adhered
to by participating manufacturers.

9. How do I put the Stereo Headset in pairing mode?
Mount battery onto headset and click and hold ‘Vol Up’ and ‘ON/OFF’
buttons together for more than 3 seconds and when LED starts to flash red
and blue alternately, release buttons. The headset is now ready to be found
in Bluetooth searches by other devices.

10. How do I pair and connect the Bluetooth Audio Streamer with the
X5 Stereo?
First, put headset in pairing mode. Mount battery onto Audio Streamer and
click and hold ‘ON/OFF’ button for 5 seconds. First, LED will flash Blue
rapidly and then change to alternating red and blue flash. When you see
the LED flashing red and blue alternately, release button. Audio Streamer
and Stereo Headset will then be paired and connected automatically.

11. What is the passcode/passkey of the X5 Stereo?
The Passcode for the X5 Stereo is “1234”.

12. Can I change the passcode of the X5 Stereo?
No, the passkey is inbuilt and cannot be changed.

13. Can I use voice activated dialing if my phone supports it?
Yes, the X5 Stereo supports voice activated dialing depending on the model
of your phone. When pressing and holding the MFB button, some phones
will activate Voice Dialing if your phone also supports it, other phones will
redial the last number called.
Check your phones user manual for information on setting Voice Dialing
and recording voice commands.
