luBRication MacHine (See fig. f)
The machine is grease-lubricated. A grease refill is only required
during hammer work efficiency is low. Open the grease box lid at
the top of the hammer using the pin spanner. Then refill approx 30g
grease.
caution: Keep the container of grease away from children.
RePlace tHe BRuSHeS (See fig. g1,g2,g3)
When the resin insulating tip (g) inside the carbon brush (h) is
exposed to contact the commutator (f) , it will automatically
shut off the motor. When this occurs, both carbon brushes
should be replaced as following steps:
1) Disconnect the plug from the power supply.
2) Unscrew the carbon brush cap (e) with screwdriver.
3) When brushes need replacement always renew both brushes.
4) Completely screw down the carbon brush cap. Check that the tool
is working. Before use, allow it run for a few minutes to enable the
brushes to settle.
conStant electRonic contRol
Constant electronic control holds the speed constant at no-load and
under load, and ensures uniform working performance.
oveRload PRotection
If the tool insert becomes caught or jammed, the drive to the drill
spindle is interrupted. Because of the forces that occur, always
hold the power tool firmly with both hands and provide for a secure
stance.
