6 PowerFlex® DC Drive - Frame C Armature Circuit Fuse Replacement
5. If replacing the V Phase Armature circuit fuse(s), remove the two
screws that secure the top of the Transient Noise Filter board to the
drive and carefully lift the board away from the V phase power
terminal.
6. If present, remove the isolation sheet that is secured to the bus bars.
7. If necessary, disconnect the wire leads from the switches mounted on
the top of the Armature circuit fuse(s) (two each fuse).
Remove screws and lift board
Remove wire leads
Important: Note the numbered position
of each wire on the fuse for
proper installation of the
new fuses.
