Power Fuse Replacement (for 1250 and 1650A 1395 DC Drives)

Preliminary Steps
Before replacing fuses, shut off the drive power, wait five minutes for
the voltage to discharge, open the bridge bay door, and remove the
Lexan™ shielding.
Removing Power Fuses
1.
Using a voltmeter, test the voltage across the three phases, then
across the fuses.
2.
Remove the two bolts from the first fuse and pull the fuse out.
3.
Remove the two bolts from the second fuse and pull the fuse out.
Note: When one fuse is faulty, both of the fuses need to be
replaced. Both fuses must be of the same type from the same
manufacturer.

ATTENTION: If there is any voltage present, remove
the source of the voltage and check for voltages again
before proceeding to the next step.
