Getting to know your phone

Press to hear your outgoing

message.
Press and hold to enter the

outgoing message mode.

Stop

Stops message playback.

Press to announce the

current day and

time setting.

Skip

Press to skip forward

or backward through

your answering

machine messages.

Press and hold skip

to switch message alert

on/off, press skip

to

announce the current answer

delay setting.

Del

Press to delete recorded

messages during playback or

press to announce the

current remote access

code setting.

Find (page)

Press to page handsets

registered to the base.

Can be useful to find

misplaced handsets,

Use to register handsets

and de-register handsets

registered to the base.

Vol + –

Adjust playback volume.

Answer On/Off

Switches the answering

machine on/off.

Play/Pause

Play or pause

recorded messages.

Press to play new

messages or press and

hold to play

all message.

Microphone

Power/In use light

On when the power

is plugged in and

switched on.
Flashes when the

handset is in use.
