Choose a good, cleared assembly
area and get a friend to help you put
your grill together. Lay cardboard
down to protect grill finish and
assembly area.

CAUTION:

Some parts may
contain sharp edges.
Wear protective gloves
if necessary.

Note: With the help of a friend,

carefully lay down grill on its
back. Be careful not to damage
the flexible metal gas line on
the back of grill.

Step 1

Attach casters to grill base using
sixteen M6 X 12mm bolts, M6
washers and M6 lock washers as
illustrated.

Note: With the help of a friend,

turn the grill to its upright
position.

Step 2

Set upper grill body assembly on
the grill base and secure the side
with one M4 X 8mm bolt, one
M4 lock washer, one M4 nut, two
M6 X 12mm bolts, two M6 washers
and two M6 lock washers. Repeat
for other side. Then secure the
back of the grill body assembly with
threeM6 X 12mm bolts, three M6
washers and three M6 lock
washers.
