PCM UNLOCK
3. Install the top bolt towards the front of the vehicle. Do
not completely tighten bolt.
4. Install both bottom bolts, again hand tighten only.
5. Install the last bolt on top towards the rear of the
vehicle. Completely tighten this bolt with the open end
wrench.
6. Completely tighten the remaining 3 bolts securing the
PCM.
