4.16 Installing the high-pressure gradient module
The outputs of the two high-pressure pumps are connected to the injec-
tion valve's eluent input using the mixing coil for high-pressure gradients
(6.2758.000).
Connect the two pieces of eluent aspiration tubing to an eluent bottle
(see Chapter 4.6, page 17).
4.17 Connecting the instrument to a computer
NOTE
The instrument must be switched off when being connected to a com-
puter.
