Activating Your Victoria
In order to activate your Victoria, please go to www.landairsea.com and click on the online
activation link near the upper right of the home page. This online form needs to be completed
in full. Incomplete or missing information may delay the activation process. Activation usually
takes up to two hours once the form is submitted. Activations are processed during business
hours only. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Central. If the
form is received late in the day or after hours, the activation will be completed the next day.
Monthly service for the Victoria will be $19.95 for the 5 minute plan or $39.95 per
month for the 10 second plan. Both plans are for domestic service only. A different
service schedule may apply for international usage. The credit card on file will be
billed automatically each month. Upon completing the activation form, you will be
charged the $ 29.95 activation fee and the pro-rated balance of the current monthly
service. In addition, you will be charged for the full upcoming month of service. Your
next bill will not be due until the next full month. There is no service contract required
with the Victoria so you can discontinue service without penalty by contacting
LandAirSea Systems directly. However, reactivation requires the $ 29.95 fee to
restart service.
In order to cancel your service, you must do so in writing. This can be done by email

Cancelations must be received prior to the close of the last business day of the
month to avoid the next billing cycle. LandAirSea is not open on weekends so be
sure to submit your cancelation before the last business day of the month. If you
