27. Bypass Function
If the Bypass Function has been activated the input signal of the Spin! 2+ Interface will be directly
routed through the software. Deactivate the bypass function for timecode use.
28. Label Monitor
The Label Monitor is a kind of virtual record that moves along according to the timecode record.
Each movement that is made with the record will be carried out synchronously to the Label Monitor.
The Label Monitor is a helpful marker for beat juggling.
29. Gain Knob
The Gain Knob is, similar to a mixer, the final amplification of a channel. Tracks of a different recor-
ding volume level can be adjusted to one another without increasing the master volume.
NOTE!
Under > File > Options > Rider „BPM and Tools!“ > item “Auto BPM” you can activate the auto gain
function. This way the gain values of the tracks will be adjusted automatically without any further
need for manual adjustment.
30. Pitch Mode
You have the possibility to select two different Pitch Modes via the pitchfader -31-. You can change
the mode by clicking the -30- button.
a) Speed Mode
If Speed Mode has been selected you can adjust the pitch like with a normal turntable. Within the
adjusted pitch range the current value is also shown in the Info View -51-, position -7-.
b) Master Tempo Mode (MT)
If the Master Tempo mode has been activated it is possible to change the pitch via the pitch fa-
der -31- ranging from -/+6% without influencing the tone pitch. This means that the tone pitch
remains the same when changing the pitch.
