• No user serviceable parts inside. To avoid electrical shock do not disassemble product.
• This product is not intended for use in emergency light fixtures or exit signs. Not for use where
exposed directly to the weather or water. This product must be installed per all applicable codes such as
NEC Article 410 Section D:
Bathtub and Shower Areas:
No parts of cord connected luminaires (fixtures), chain-, cable-, or cord suspended-luminaires (fixtures),
lighting track, pendants, or ceiling-suspended (paddle) fans shall be located within a zone measured 900
mm (3 ft) horizontally and 2.5 m (8 ft) vertically from the top of the bathtub rim or shower stall threshold:
This zone is all encompassing and includes the zone directly over the tub or shower stall.
Luminaires (lighting fixtures) located in this zone shall be listed for damp locations or listed for wet
locations where subject to shower spray.
• This product contains a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects or
other reproductive harm.
• Risk of fire or electrical shock. Install this kit only in luminaires that have the construction features
and dimensions shown in the photographs and/or drawings.
• Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components during
kit installation.
• To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or other
sharp objects.

• Risk of electrical shock. Disconnect power at fuse or circuit breaker before installing or servicing.
• To prevent early lamp failure, lamp should only be installed in operating environments ranging between
0°C and +35°C (32°F and +95°F).
• To prevent overheating do not install in totally enclosed recessed fixtures.

Step 1: Make sure the power is turned off at the source to the recessed housing(s) that you are installing the
fixture(s) in. Remove existing trim and CFL, or Incandescent bulbs.

Step 2: Unscrew the screws on socket bracket, push bracket upward to the top location. Remove existing socket
mounting plate from the recessed housing and then remove lamp socket from the plate.

• Turn power off before inspection, installation or removal.
• The lamp is suitable for use in damp locations. Use only on 120 VAC, 60Hz circuits.
