Mechanical Installation
• The light engine and driver spacing to other heat producing components shall be minimum 4 inches
when minimum spacing to sidewalls and top of enclosure is kept at minimum 2 inches.
• The light engine and driver are UL Listed for indoor and outdoor applications; it can be directly
attached to the structure.
• Attach driver to structure at mounting holes indicated by arrows (Fig 1) using stainless steel
hardware.
• Attach light engine to structure at mounting holes indicated by arrows (Fig 2) using stainless steel
hardware.
• Do not over tighten.
Electrical Installation
• The driver has a single output that complies with Class 2 output requirements.
• The maximum rated output power of the driver is 96 watts, constant current.
• The [AC input] and [DC output/DC occupancy sensor control] are located at opposite ends of the
driver (Fig1).
• AC input: To maintain IP66 rating a liquid tight conduit fitting must be used on the AC Input (1/2”
NPT); threaded on to driver bracket, provided for connection to the AC circuit (Fig 3).
o Open access panel on top of driver by unscrewing 2 screws, make AC connections and re-
tighten screws on access panel using 12-15 in-lbs of torque (Fig 4).
• DC output: water tight connector is provided on the output side of the driver (A, Fig 5).
o Attach this connector to the connector provided on the light engine (install optional “Y”
connector and/or extension cable in between driver and light engine, if necessary). Ensure
that connections are securely tightened to prevent water from entering (Fig 6).
• Bi-level Dimming using a DC Occupancy Sensor Control
o Enable Dimming Control
1. Cap the red wire.
2. Cap the black wire.
3. Connect the violet (+sense) and gray (-sense) wires to the occupancy sensor
o Disable Dimming Control
1. Connect the red and black wires 2. Cap the violet wire 3. Cap the gray wires
