The * moves automatically to the STD 1.= line.
Place the reacted standard into sample chamber
beginning with the lowest concentration. Use the

s and t buttons to enter the concentration of

the standard by selecting the characters with the
blinking cursor.

terminator. The standard will then be scanned.
The absorbance will be displayed.
NOTE: Sample must be in chamber when ! is
