ASSEMBLY

Remove the bolt (item 1) and nut from the tractor
frame.
Insert in order on the end of the intermediate arm
(item 2): the lift support (with bushing) (item 3), the
key 3/16" x 3/16" x 1 1/2" (item 4), the lift lever (item
5) and the lift stirrup (with bushing) (item 6) .

Secure with a cotter pin (item 7).

Secure the lift system with the bolt (item 1) and nut
removed previously.
In the remaining hole, insert a hex bolt 3/8" x 1
1/4" (item 8) and flange nut (item 9).

Tighten firmly.

Install one end of the adjustable link (item 1) on the pivot
support (item 2) (see note) with three flat washers (item
3) as shown. Secure in place with a lift pin (item 4) and a
2.5mm hair pin (item 5).

NOTE:
Use the hole A on the pivot support (item 2) for
the John Deere series X500.

Use the hole B on the pivot support (item 2) for
the John Deere series X300.

Secure the other end in place on the lift lever (item 6)
with a pin (item 7) and a 2.5mm hair pin (item 5).

Install the handle support (item1) on the bolt of the
lift support (item 2).

Secure with the knob (item 3).

Tighten firmly.

Install the plastic grommet (item 4) on the handle
support.

Screw the square head set screw 5/16" x 1/2" (item
5) into the hole of the cab support. Required for
installing the Berco cab.
