Changing distance units

The distance to the next maneuver appears in the
upper right of the screen. The N.I.C.E. P200 can
report distances in miles, kilometers and meters, or
miles and yards.

1.

On the Setup menu, tap User Preferences.

2.

Tap Set Units.

The N.I.C.E. P200 displays.

Tap the desired distance unit. The main
navigation screen appears.

The new units setting appears next time you
navigate.

When you’re finished, tap the exit button (F1).

Defining origin using lists

If your starting point is in a high-rise complex or
large manufacturing plant where the N.I.C.E. P200
mounted in your vehicle does not have direct access
to the satellite signal, follow this or the procedure in
the next topic to establish your point of origin
(HOME).

On the Setup menu, tap Set Vehicle Position.

2.

Use the menus to define the point of origin in
the same way you defined a destination. See
“Defining your destination” on page 36.
