Solutions to frequent problems

5.1 Question1:Vehicle history track failure

Problem description:
1. The vehicle has connected to CMS server, and CMS Client can realtime show its GPS data, but “Track” page
can’t find its history
2. The devgps sheet of Cmsgpsdb databse has no data.

Analysis:
1. The host file in operation system doesn’t support access in local way.
2. CMS Server pc operation system has date error.

Solution:
1. CMS server control page – System configuration – Modify server IP to 127.0.0.1 (default is (local)), then
restart Gateway Server and Manage Server, as the below pic shows:

2. Check the system current date and time on the pc bottom-right corner. Pls synchronizes updates to system
date if it’s not the current time.
