To restore the factory default settings for Wide Screen options
□ Press
RESET
on the remote control while the Wide Screen Menu is
displayed.

Screen Options
0 As a shortcut to using the menus,
use the buttons on the remote
control to select these Wide Screen
options for 4:3 pictures.
0 As a shortcut to using the menus,
use the V CENTER button on the
remote control for vertical centering.
The Wide Screen menu includes the following options:
Option
Wide Mode
Vertical Center
Vertical Size
Description
Normal:
Select to return the 4:3 picture to normal mode.
Full:
Select to enlarge the 4:3 picture horizontally only, to fill the
wide screen.
Wide Zoom:
Select to enlarge the 4:3 size picture, while the upper
and lower parts of the picture are condensed to fit the wide
screen.
Zoom:
Select to enlarge the 4:3 picture horizontally and vertically
to an equal aspect ratio that fills the wide screen.
Caption:
Select to enlarge the 4:3 size picture, while the upper and
lower parts of the picture are condensed to fit the wide screen.

Allows you to move the picture away from the top of the screen.
(Available only in Zoom, Wide Zoom, and Caption Modes.)
Allows you to move the picture vertically within the screen.
(AvailabU only in Zoom, Wide Zoom, and Caption Modes.)
Move the joystick up or down to choose a correction and press
the button.
