ASSEMBLY

CARTON CONTENTS

The following parts are shipped loose with your pressure
washer:

• Main Unit — pressure washer with wheels

• Wire Basket

» Manual Bag that includes Nozzle Cleaner Kit

• Parts Box (which includes the following items)

spray Gun

Wand Extension with Hi-Lo Adjustable Nozzle

Product Introduction Video .

Motor Oil

» High Pressure Hose

• Bag of fasteners (see page 3 for illustrations)

Become familiar with each piece before assembling the
pressure washer. Check all contents against the illustra­

tion on Page 6, If any parts are missing or damaged, call
the Pressure Washer Helpline at 1-800-222-3136.

TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY

2 adjustable wrenches OR the following wrenches:

5/16” (8mm) wrench

1/2” (13mm) wrench

Two 7/8’’ (23mm) wrench

REMOVE FRESSURE WASHER FROM

CARTON

Remove the parts box.

Slice two corners at rear of carton (opposite end of

tires) from top to bottom so one panel can be folded

down flat.

Remove the wire basket and inter-pack.

Remove the unit by roiling it out the opening in the carton.

Refer to "Carton Contents,” included with your pressure

washer. Become familiar with each piece before assem­

bling the pressure washer. Check all contents against the
list on this page. If any parts are missing or damaged, call

the Pressure Washer Helpline at 1-800-222-3136.

PREPARING THE PRESSURE WASHER FOR
FIRST USE

Note:

Included with your pressure washer is a video cas­

sette that demonstrates how to set up your pressure wash­

er. If you have a video cassette recorder (VCR), you may

want to view the video before assembling your unit.

For the most part, your Sears Craftsman High Pressure

Washer has been assembled at the factory. To prepare

your

pressure

washer

for

operation,

however,

you

wil

need to perform the following tasks:

• Attach wire basket to topside of guide handle with (4)

#10 self-drilling screws using the 5/16” wrench.

SCREWS

Attach guide handle assembly to frame using a 1/2”
wrench.

Uncoil the high pressure hose and attach the threaded

end with the teflon tape to the spray gun.

Connect high pressure hose to gun with two 7/8”

wrenches.
