Focus preset
Selected large-aperture telephoto
lenses — the EF 200mm f/1.8L, the
EF 300mm f/2.8L, and the EF
600mm f/4L — have a focus preset
function that lets you “lock in” a
focus setting. You can focus on other
shots, then when necessary return
immediately to the preset focus at the
touch of a button.
