Now there’s an advanced
autofocus system that is reliable
enough to improve your “success
ratio” in critical situations.
You may distrust autofocus technology. You may not see
why you need it, for one thing. And you may have run into
systems that were inadequate. The EOS-1 is going to erase
those doubts.
Because the new cross-line sensor instantly detects both
vertical and horizontal lines, even in extremely low light.
And the improved focus prediction system focuses on where
a rapidly moving subject actually will be when the film
is exposed.
