Quality SLR camera with eiectric eye
through-the-iens
This is a recently announced single-lens reflex camera
with
easy-to-use, through-the-lens electric-eye exposure
system. It has been designed to accommodate three dif­
ferent lenses exclusive for the EX EE, the EX 50 mm F 1.8
standard lens; EX 35 mm F3.5 wide-angle and EX 95 mm
F 3.5 telephoto. Extremely simple operation is one of its
outstanding features.
EE Mechanism: Fully coupled to film speed, shutter speed and aperture
setting. Shutter speed priority system. With F 1.8 lens, ASA 25—800. With
F 3.5 lens, ASA 25-500. With ASA 100 film; EV 4.7 (F 1.8 at 1/8 sec.), EV 17
(F 16 at 1/500 sec.). Powered by one 1.3 V MD (No. 625) mercury battery.
Exposure Control: Through-the-lens system. CdS photocell at upper rear
position of pentagonal prism measures light passing through taking-lens
in fully opened condition.
Manual Control of Aperture: Pre-set possible at any desired f/stop by re­
leasing EE mechanism.
Flash Synchronization: X contact at 1/60 sec. Synchronizing possible for
FP, M and MF flashbulbs and electronic flash units. Time lag is adjusted
automatically. Continental type flash socket.
Self-timer: Built-in.
Film Loading: QL mechanism for quick loading of film.
Film Counter: Self-resetting type.
Size: 142.5X91,5X84 mm.

Shutter: Focal-plane with speeds from 1/500 to 1/8 sec. and B. X contact
at 1/60 sec. Single pivot dial.
