OPERATING YOUR TS 4010 TOASTER

Toasting frozen bread
To toast frozen bread, place the bread
into the toasting slots, select the desired
browning setting, lower the high lift lever
until it clicks into place then press the defrost
button, this will extend cooking time. The
light will illuminate behind the defrost
button when selected.

Reheating toast
This function allows you to reheat toast
without additional toasting. To reheat, place
toast into toasting slots, lower the high
lift lever until it clicks into place and press
the reheat button. The light will illuminate
behind the reheat button when selected.

Toasting crumpets
This function adjusts heating elements to
perfectly toast golden crumpets without
burning the bottom. To toast crumpets, place
crumpets into toasting slots with the tops
facing inwards toward the middle of the
toaster. Lower the high lift lever until it clicks
into place and press the crumpet setting.
This setting when activated adjusts the
heating elements to produce additional heat
to the centre elements to cook the top of
your crumpet faster than the bottom. The
light will illuminate behind the crumpet
button when selected.

The LCD illumination will fade after
approximately 5 minutes. The illumination will
reappear when any of the controls are used.

NOTE

Crumpets must always face inwards towards
the middle of the toaster. The toaster always
reverts back to the bread toast setting after
each toasting cycle, unless the crumpet control
setting is activated again.

NOTE

Extender for toasting bakery
Put the extender onto the toasting slots and
place the bread that you would
like to toast. Select the desired browning
setting and lower the high lift
lever until it clicks into the place. Toasting
starts automatically. During
the toasting, the LCD illumination shows the
countdown of toasting process.
As soon as the process has been fi nished, the
illumination will disappear.

NEVER ATTEMPT TO EXTRACT JAMMED TOAST, CRUMPETS OR MUFFINS
OR ANY OTHER ITEM WITH A KNIFE OR ANY OTHER OBJECT, AS CONTACT
WITH LIVE ELEMENTS MAY NOT ONLY DAMAGE THE ELEMENT, BUT CAUSE
ELECTROCUTION.
