7. Install the header with ultra black silicone and
gasket . 8. Install intercooler and use given bolt. Leave
loose for fitting.
10. Drill a 3/4 inch hole on the left side of the
rear fender for the oil feed line in later step.
Install fender. 9. drill a 1/4” hole on the rear fender to fit large
zip tie through, mount boost solenoid and zip tie
as shown. Silver end goes to intercooler. Black
90 Deg. from silver end goes to actuator.
11. Install turbo with pre installed bracket on the
left side of the sub frame. Leave bolt loose.
NOTE you possibly will need to leave actuator
nuts loose for fitting purposes. 12. Install outlet flange bracket on the right as
shown. Leave loose for muffler installation.
Hook 2 springs on inlet.
