STEP 2: Once you have decided on what fuel line configuration you want to run, it is
time to set up your fuel pressure regulator with the correct fittings.

Install Guide

Return

Returnless

Port A: This port is used for a vacuum line
when running a rising rate setup. For every
PSI of vacuum the fuel pressure will in-
crease 1 PSI. If you do not wish to use ris-
ing rate this port can be left open and no
fitting is needed.

Port B: This port is here for the use of a
fuel pressure gauge, if you would like to
place a gauge elsewhere you can plug the
hole with the NPT plug provided with the
regulator. Be sure to use fuel-safe sealant
whether you use a gauge or plug in this
port.

Port C/D: These 2 ports are the regulated
pressure ports. For ease of install or looks,
these two ports can be swapped. (For ex-
ample, when running a return setup the
plug can be installed in either port C or port
D).

Port E: This port is the fuel return port and
connects to the fuel return line.

Fitting Installation

When installing fittings into ports C, D, and
E you must make sure to do it correctly.
Do not over tighten the fittings as they are
ORB fittings an utilize an O-ring. On the
flipside you must tighten the fittings until
the O-ring seats. Illustrated below is cor-
rectly installed ORB fitting, notice the one
on the right the O-ring is fully seated.
