Interactive

whiteboard is

not working

No service program

icon on the right

bottom of the

computer

Service program has not

started up.

Go to Programs menu,

click on the Flow!Works

folder, then click on the

Flow!Works server

program.

Service program is not

installed.

Install the service

program from the Qomo

website or installation

disk.

Drive icon is red

The whiteboard is not

connected to the

computer.

Connect the whiteboard

and computer with the

USB cable. If it is

already plugged in,

disconnect and plug it

back in.

The self-checking feature

of the whiteboard is not

successful and cannot be

connected.

Check to see if there are

any other objects

pressing on the surface

of the whiteboard.

Remove them, if any.

Driver malfunction

Uninstall the driver and

reinstall it.

Drive icon is green

Inaccurate calibration.

Refer to instructions

above and recalibrate.
