Setting up the THP221 Alarm

INSTALLING THE BATTERY and AC ADAPTER OPTION

Be careful not to press the red PANIC button on the keypad once the battery is installed, or the alarm will sound for 30
seconds until the correct password is entered (default is “000”).

It would have to meet these specifications:

Output DC 9 volt, 500mA, 3.5mm male plug, center positive

MOUNTING THE UNIT

To mount the unit on the wall, you can use the anchors and screws (included). Mount the wired magnetic sensor to the
door frame or window frame using double-side adhesive (included) or small screws (included). Mount the other magnetic
sensor piece adjacent to the wired sensor on the door or window itself using the same method. Ensure the arrows line up,
and that the two magnetic sensors are no more than ¼ inch apart.
