2.2

Manual Tickets

1. Print a manual ticket by pressing the

Manual Ticket

softkey.

2. The indicator will prompt

Enter Gross Weight

. Enter the gross weight, then press the

enter

key.

3. The indicator will prompt

Enter Tare Weight

. Enter the tare weight, then press the

enter

key.

4. The indicator will prompt

Enter Truck ID

. Enter the Truck ID, then press the

enter

key.

5. The indicator will prompt

Enter Grain No.

Enter the grain number, then press the

enter

key.

6. The indicator will prompt

Enter % Shrink

. Enter the shrink percentage, then press the

enter

key.

7. The indicator will prompt

Enter % Dockage

. Enter the dockage percentage, then press the

enter

key.

8. The indicator will prompt

Enter % FM

. Enter the foreign material percentage, then press the

enter

key.

9. The indicator will prompt

Is This a Contract?.

Press

Yes

and follow the prompts for the contract ticket or

No

to get the finished ticket.

10. The printed ticket will be similar to the automatic ticket but weights will have a “K” printed next to them

indicating the values were keyed.

Using a manual ticket does not remove truck ID’s from the truck database.

Supervisor Mode

The supervisor mode allows the operator to add and delete grains and contracts, print the totals for all the grains or
contracts, clear the totals for individual or all the grains or contracts.

To enter the supervisor mode press the

Supervisor Mode

softkey, the indicator will prompt the user

Enter Password

.

The operator will key in the password, when the correct password is keyed in then the supervisor keys will be
displayed. The default password is

2349171

.

2.4

Editing Grains

1. Press the

Edit Grains

softkey, the grain softkeys will be displayed.

2. To add a grain, press the

Add Grain

softkey.

3. The indicator will prompt

Enter Grain No.

Enter the grain number, then press the

enter

key.

4. The indicator will prompt

Enter Grain Name

. Enter the grain name, then press the

enter

key.

5. The indicator will prompt

Enter Divisor

. Enter the divisor, then press the

enter

key. The grain will then be

stored.

6. To remove a grain, press the

Remove Grain

softkey.

7. The indicator will prompt

Enter Grain ID to Delete

. Enter the grain ID followed by the

enter

key.

8. The grain will then be removed from the database.
9. To clear all the totals from the grain database, press the

Clear All Totals

softkey.

10. The indicator will prompt

Clear Grain Totals

with

Yes

and

No

softkeys.

• Press the

Yes

softkey to confirm deleting all of the totals for the grains.

• Press

No

to return to the grain softkeys without deleting.

11. To print a grain report, press the

Print All Totals

softkey and the grain report will be printed.
