occurs again, you may have a combination of

devices that require too much power to connect simultaneously.

• My device is not charging and all Power Bank's LEDs are flashing: Your

Power Bank is out of power. Connect the included USB cable to Power Bank and the other end

to a power source.

• My Apple device is not syncing: Confirm that your device is properly connected to the Apple

connector. Confirm that the Power Bank is properly connected to your computer with the included

USB cable. Make sure that the function switch is in the off/sync position (right with red indicator).
